Annapolis Bride, Annapolis Wedding, Wedding

May 21, 2019

Mr. & Mrs. DeVinney

Gretchen & Sean couldn’t have had a more perfect April wedding day in downtown Annapolis. We started the day at the Annapolis waterfront hotel where Gretchen got ready with a spectacular view over looking the Annapolis boat show going on in the Harbor.

Then I met up with Sean & his groomsmen in the lobby so that we could walk over to St. Mary Church where they would be having their ceremony. If you’ve never been to St. Mary’s Church it’s a must see in Annapolis, definitely one of the most beautiful churches I’ve ever seen.

There was nothing but huge grins all throughout the church as Gretchen and her dad walk down the isle toward Sean, you could feel their excitement and of course see it on their faces. The two exchanged vows and received wonderful words of advise from their priest. I think my favorite part was the way he told them to share their first kiss, he made a kissing noise and point to his lips. Everyone was a bit confused and then cheered when they realized what he was doing!

After the ceremony we headed over to the Paca House right in downtown Annapolis. This was my first time at the Paca House and I hope it isn’t my last because the gardens there are AMAZING! I’ve walked passed the Paca House several time but had no idea how breathtaking it was inside. Needless to say taking portraits of these two was a blast between the amazing backdrop and this lovely couple it was impossible to take a bad photo.

Once all of the heartfelt speeches were finished the Bachelor Boys Band got the party going and didn’t stop til it was time to leave. Everyone at the reception was dancing and singing having an awesome time celebrating the Gretchen & Sean. Congratulation you two, I wish you all the happiness in the world!
