Nellie & Matt had the most amazing back yard wedding at her grandmother’s house in Harford county, MD.  They transformed her backyard into a magical garden that was filled with twinkly lights, beautiful tulle, and hand made flower arrangements.  To say that Nellie was a talented DIY bride is an understatement! Not to mention her entire family who was equally as creative, helped to make almost every decoration at the wedding.  From Matt building his own bar and the alter, Nellie hand crafting the hanging flower chandelier, her mom baking the most gorgeous cake, and her entire family stringing endless amounts of twinkly lights, it was a true family affair.  These special details and many more came together beautifully to turn Nellie’s grandmother’s backyard into a picture-perfect princess party that she promised her daughter Eloise it would be.

During the ceremony there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! It was especially heartwarming when their two adorable kids came smiling down the aisle.  Eloise in the dress Nellie handcrafted for her and baby Oliver looking so charming in his little tuxedo car made by the bride’s brother.  The two exchanged the most heart felt vows and you could feel everyone’s hearts melting as the groom had to take several “cry breaks” during his vows.  The whole day was over flowing with love and joy as everyone celebrated the happy couple and danced the night away.

Congratulations to you both! Wishing you all the love and happiness in the world!
